How long does shipping take?

What is Tags Mate Warranty?
Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!
All our products come with a lifetime warranty.
You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product.
To start a warranty claim, just email our team at email@example.com with an image or video of the defect and we can assist you there immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded.
You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
Please note; Our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Does it come with an AirTag?
The AirTag is sold separately and is not included in the purchase of the wallet. This is stated on our website and product page before you checkout. You can easily purchase an AirTag on Amazon, Apple’s website, Best Buy, Target, or other retailers that carry Apple products.

The wallet can store up to 1-12 Cards/IDs & 10+ Bills
