Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!
All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of willful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.
You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
To start a warranty claim, just email our team at support@tags-mate.com with an image or video of the defect and we can assist you there immediately.

Hey Jessie - thank you for the feedback and suggestion! With that said, and while we would love to & absolutely agree with you, wallet companies are not permitted to sell the Apple AirTags. Only approved larger retailers such as Apple, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc sell the actual AirTag.
Very happy with my purchase. I love the option of different colors, and how the cards come out once you click on lever to give you option on what card to use.
Works great and compact, just the way I was expecting. The cards come up fast as well just by the press of a button.
I love the wallet except for where you carry cash. It’s too small unfortunately…
I love it!
This is a much better product than what I had previously. Especially the fold out section for notes, receipts and a couple of cards/ID. Slot for the AirTag a little snug but ok. Only downside is that I had to wait so long for it to arrive in the UK. Overall though am very pleased and would recommend but be aware of long lead times for overseas delivery.
Like it a lot, pops out the cards reliably, bills need to be folded neatly to fit inside the wallet. Plenty of extra space inside for more cards. Magnet is strong enough to hold it closed and the airtag sits tight n snug - thumbs way up!
