Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!

All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of willful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

To start a warranty claim, just email our team at support@tags-mate.com with an image or video of the defect and we can assist you there immediately.

Leather iPhone case

Previously I had the Apple clear iPhone case, which was fine however I found it a little too slippery. This is perfect. In leather so no slipping around in your hand, pocket or on surfaces plus a couple of slots for some bank notes and depending on what I am doing just being able to pop one credit card in the other slot (although to be fair I have them in my Apple wallet anyway) but still nice to have the option to carry just in case. All in all very happy indeed with this. Only downside was the delay in delivery from the US to the UK. In this day and age you would have thought it would be quicker now. Def recommended.
